- Email your order number and photo to

- Use the "Chat With Us" button on our site for assistance.
For special requests like adding text or dates, include details in the message, note box at checkout, or email. Default engraving consists of the photo only.
Photo Requirements
1. Resolution should be no less than 800×600 pixels. The clearer the photo, the better the engraving result.
- Frame: Width 6 inches (15.2 cm), Height 8 inches (20.3 cm)
- Leaf: Approximately 2.5x5.5 - 3x6 inches (6.5x14 - 7.6x15.24cm)
Note: Slight variations in leaf size may occur naturally.
Photo Requirements

That’s why I choose to give you a leaf as a gift. I preserve it at its most brilliant moment, capturing time at its peak. I engrave a cherished memory on this leaf so that both the memory and the leaf remain timeless. I hope that one day, it will bring you back to that moment, letting you relive the warmth and beauty of those special times.
Material
Frame: Eco-friendly Wooden frame, paired with high-transparency acrylic glazing.
Leaf: Naturally grown leaves, including Canada locally sourced Sugar Maple (Canadian Maple), Norway Maple, Ginkgo, and leaves from the Cinnamomum Kanehirae tree, harvested in Asia.
Environmental and Product Aesthetic Statement:
The leaves used for engraving are naturally grown and eco-harvested. They are pressed, naturally air-dried, and sterilized with heat, without the use of chemical bleaches, dyes, or disinfectants. Due to the natural characteristics of plant growth, spots, cracks, insect holes, and non-perfect symmetrical shapes may appear. These are part of the leaf's natural traits, representing the beauty of nature, and we ask for your understanding.
ECO-FRIENDLY NOTE:
Our product is crafted from sustainably sourced raw wood, grown in Russia, where extra plants are cultivated to balance environmental impact.
The leaf used is specially grown for engraving, ensuring a minimal ecological footprint. We take pride in offering a natural, chemical-free finish that enhances the wood’s original color, feel, and fragrance.
HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please handle it with care. The acrylic glass sheet is sensitive to scratches. Avoid harsh cleaning or wiping; instead, gently clean with a soft microfiber cloth.
Privacy Protection Statement:
Protecting our customers' privacy is one of our top priorities. We assure you that any photos, personal information, or other content provided for customizing your product will be strictly used only for the creation of your specified engraved piece. We will never share this information with third parties. All provided photos and personal details will be permanently deleted once the engraving is complete. We do not keep any records, so please ensure you have saved your files appropriately.
